RETURN

If a product does not suit you, you have 7 days from receipt to return it to us, along with the invoice. The invoice is inside your package. In case of loss, you can download it to your online customer account. Conditions to be observed:
1 - The product must be in its original packaging.
2 - The product must be in new condition and must have no traces of use.
3 - The label must be attached to the product as it was originally.
4 - The package must be sent to the following address BY POST ONLY! (express or private carriers are not accepted because they are automatically refused by the post office:

Once received, a control will be carried out within 15 days. If it is validated, we will issue a credit note, valid for 1 year, equal to the amount of the returned products. It is received in the form of a reduction code, sent by email. If you want a refund, please specify it on the invoice that will be included in your package. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the package

EXCHANGE

After checking your return, we make a reduction code that you receive by email corresponding to the amount of the returned products. All you need to do is enter this reduction code in the box provided for this purpose in the basket when placing your new order. This discount code is valid for 1 year. In an emergency, it is preferable to order the desired new product directly online and to request a refund for the product returned by parcel.

AFTER SALES SERVICE :

In the event of a possible defect, non-compliance of the products with the order, the Customer has 48 hours from receipt of the products to report it by e-mail to contact@nabira.fr Nabira will exchange or modify the product (s), as the case may be. Any complaint made after the deadline cannot be accepted. IMPORTANT: For wholesale orders no returns are allowed No refund or credit will be possible if we have not received your package, so it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
