PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. We generally try to ship your order the day after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). But we reserve 1 or 3 days for preparation in case of increased activity.
To the preparation time, delivery time must be added. The delivery time depends on the carrier you chose when ordering. It is indicated during the process of your order validation .

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (don't forget to check your spam). Click on the link received by email to track your package.
You can track your package directly on your customer account by following these steps :
Connect to your customer account : order history
Click on: “Order History”
To track your package click on: “Track your package”
To see the details of your order click on: “Details”
You will then be directed to the tracking corresponding to the carrier chosen when placing your order. The tracking link will be active either the same evening or the day after the shipment.
A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER ?
You have 48 HOURS after receipt of the package to notify us with our contact form : report a problem with your order
PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your package, contact us with our contact form : report a delivery problem
Warning ! 25 days after shipment, no complaints are accepted.
