A tracking link is emailed to you after shipment. The tracking link is also available in the details of your order in your Nabira online account. 

A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER ?

You have 48 HOURS after receipt of the package to notify us by email: contact@nabira.fr.

For faster processing of your complaint, do not forget to specify your order number. For a better treatment of your complaint, follow please thoses indications :
- Missing item or quantity error : Specify the reference, size, color and quantity missing.
- Color, size or defect error: attach a photo clearly showing the reported problem.

PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
