Refund
Your refund will be made to the same payment method used for your purchase.
If the refund is linked to a return, we make the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your return at our office. But often, it is carried out within 7 days after receipt of your package.
If your refund is related to an order cancellation before shipment, we issue the refund within 7 days maximum. But in general it is carried out within 2 days.
