Did you receive my return ?

If you have not received an email from us, your package has not yet been taken care of by our teams. We collect returns from our customers once a week at the post office. Do not take into account the follow-up which is often not in conformity with reality.

Please note that returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of the package. An email will be automatically sent to you after checking the package.

If after this period, you have not received any email, do not hesitate to contact us again.

In an emergency, it is best to order the new product now and request reimbursement for your return.
