How do I track my package ?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (don't forget to check your spam). Click on the link received by email to track your package. You can also do this by logging into your customer account by following these steps :

  • Connect to your customer account: www.nabira.fr/mon-compte
  • Click on: “Order History”
  • To track your package click on: “Track your package”
  • To see the details of your order click on: “Details”

You will then be directed to the tracking corresponding to the carrier chosen when placing your order. The tracking link will be active either the same evening or the day after the shipment.
