Deliveries

Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. We generally try to ship your order the day after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). But we reserve 1 or 3 days for preparation in case of increased activity.

To the preparation time, the delivery time must be added. The delivery time depends on the carrier you chose when ordering. It is indicated to you at the time of validation of your order.

The shipping costs depend on the weight of your package and the carrier chosen (express or economy).

They are calculated automatically when you order and are displayed when the carrier is chosen.

Parcels are kept for 7 days at a relay point. An email with a tracking link for your package will be sent to you after shipment. It is therefore important to follow your package carefully and to pick it up as soon as possible.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (don't forget to check your spam). Click on the link received by email to track your package. You can also do this by logging into your customer account by following these steps :

  • Connect to your customer account: www.nabira.fr/mon-compte
  • Click on: “Order History”
  • To track your package click on: “Track your package”
  • To see the details of your order click on: “Details”

You will then be directed to the tracking corresponding to the carrier chosen when placing your order. The tracking link will be active either the same evening or the day after the shipment.

All countries outside the European Union need to pay customs. To find out the amount, contact your country's customs. Know that if this is the case, you did not pay VAT when ordering, so you paid 20% less for your entire order. But this VAT is claimed from you by the customs of your country upon arrival of the package.
