Returns and Exchanges

If you have not received an email from us, your package has not yet been taken care of by our teams. We collect returns from our customers once a week at the post office. Do not take into account the follow-up which is often not in conformity with reality.

Please note that returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of the package. An email will be automatically sent to you after checking the package.

If after this period, you have not received any email, do not hesitate to contact us again.

In an emergency, it is best to order the new product now and request reimbursement for your return.

We do not offer free returns. We prefer to favor a low price policy all year round. We have therefore decided to reduce our margins rather than increase our prices as many large companies do in order to be able to offer the free postage service.

  • The product must be in its packaging with its label, new and unworn condition
  • Return costs are always borne by the customer.

We are sorry to hear that our products did not bring you complete satisfaction. You have 14 days after receiving your order to make your return.

Conditions to respect:

  • Return your item in its original packaging with tags, in new and unworn condition
  • Place your invoice in the package
  • Send the package by post and at your expense (we do not provide a return slip)

ATTENTION: returns via private carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Mondial relay etc … are not accepted

After receiving your package, the products are checked by our team. You will then receive your refund within 14 days maximum. An email will be sent to you at each stage of processing your return.

If the return is made beyond the legal period of 14 days, our logistics department will be able to refuse the package and send it back to you at your expense.

Once your return has been received, an email will be sent to you and after verification of your return, we will :

  • Either a credit note in the form of a reduction voucher
  • Or a refund.

You can also check the status of your order online, here is what they mean:

  • Return received: your return has arrived at our premises
  • Return accepted Discount voucher: Your return has been processed and a credit note is available in your customer account
  • Return accepted Refund: Your return has been processed and a refund has been issued
  • Return refused: you have not complied with our return conditions (return deadline not respected, product worn, incomplete product), our teams have contacted you to resend your package
